I have spent over 15 years working in the development world. When it comes to planning, budgeting/estimating, and analyzing your future development, I am your guy. I can put together accurate budgets for all Civil construction items, because of my experience in the construction industry as an estimator and project manager. I also have a lot of good contracts with the best local contractors with 1st hand experience. Finding a piece of land to develop can be a very difficult task. If you decide to team up with me, I will make it a priority to find you a profitable development. Most opportunities are off-market, I am not afraid to get down to work to find the right off-market property. I have been doing developments of my own for the last 7 years and have helped clients annually for the last 8 years, so I understand the process very well.
New construction homes is something that has always been a passion of mine. I built my first house on an acreage in 2013. Houses, land and construction have always been my passion – If I can put them all together into one real estate transaction, I am ecstatic!
