Acreages

I have lived on an acreage of my own for over 12 years and understand the ins and outs of the country lifestyle. I currently have cows, chickens, dogs, cats, cornfields, tractors, ATV’s, mowers, food plots & tree stands all on my land. The experience of living this lifestyle really comes in handy when selling or helping a client buy an acreage. I am confident that I can answer just about any question a client would have from the house to the farm ground and anything in between. Helping others find the right acreage to live on to make their dreams come true is something I am very passionate about. Many people are looking to get out of the city to get a little more privacy, which can be a challenging task, but I am here to help.

There are a lot of strategic components when buying and selling an acreage. I enjoy helping strategize whether it is negotiating a sale, coming up with a marking & pricing plan, or putting together a budget and plan for a house remodel or land and farm improvements. My job is to look out for my clients best interest and only give advice that I, myself, would use if I was in their shoes.
