As a licensed REALTOR®, One thing I specialize in is land and land improvements, using my construction background and personal experience as a landowner to evaluate details like excavation, utilities, and driveway costs that others might miss. When it comes to hunting and AG/Recreational farms, I understand them, because I am an avid hunter and landowner who is involved with farming. I take a calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges, offering honest, big-picture guidance that prioritizes my clients’ best interests.
My other main specialty is residential homes. I have been helping clients buy & sell homes since the beginning of my real estate career in 2016. Residential homes make up nearly 50% of my business annually. I enjoy helping clients sell their homes for top dollar and helping them get into better house that better fit their needs. My early years of working for a Handyman and doing house remodels has helped me understand the process and costs for my client’s house projects. Most transactions have challenges that are hard to navigate through, whether it is inspection items or financial issues. This is where I can excel to help get the sale to the closing table.
